Donald Gaddy, Bellarmine Prep

Year: 2011
Height: 6'0"
Weight: 165lbs
Position: PG
High School: Bellarmine Prep
AAU Team: Northwest Panthers
Status: Uncommitted

Strengths:
Left-handed guard that is very quick, similar to Venoy Overton, was a one-man fast break at times. Great in transition. Ball-handling ability is above-average. Passing skills are above-average. Both his handles and his passing is at its best when he's in transition. He zips his passes and is accurate and can find the open man when he penetrates into the paint. Active defensively, good at keeping his man in front of him.

Weaknesses:
Inconsistent high-arching jump-shot. Though he is able to get to the basket with his quickness, he lacks the ability to finish at the rim, doesn't draw enough contact to get to the free-throw line consistently. A little wild at times, will force the issue, resulting in turnovers. Undersized, because he does not have a consistent jumper or an ability to finish at the rim, he will need to become better at being a facilitator to play at the next level.

Evaluated: Bellarmine Prep vs. Bishop Monogue 12/29/10

Notes:
Brother of UW point guard Abdul Gaddy
