Daeshon Hall, Garfield

Year: 2013
Height: 6'6"
Weight: 185lbs
Position: Forward
High School: Garfield
AAU Team: Seattle Rotary Style
Status: Uncommitted

Strengths:
An athletic leaper with long arms and a strong and solid basketball frame. Hall has the ability to play above the rim. Most of his production will come in the paint because he is more athletic than most of his opposing defenders will weigh less or be slower. He contains a nice mid-range game, but is certainly not lights out.

Weaknesses:
He lacks body control and is foul prone on both ends of the court. Though he has the raw talent to takeover games, he does not have the confidence or assertiveness to do so. He hardly shot the ball out side the paint and will need to improve his perimeter skills to play at the next level if he doesn't grow a coupl of inches.

 Evaluated: Garfield vs. O'Dea 6/7/11

  1. Played him and also watched him destroy Beach. A much improved player from last season, and has really worked his post moves, and has become a treat catching on the block.

  2. Daeshon has tremendous talented but lack the discipline to be the best. The only thing can hold him back is adjusting to the hype around him to distract him from improving to make it to the next level. To be the best you must and you have to, keep, not just your physical ability at its best but your mental ability as well.
